The cellblock is one of the facilities we've been working on for quite some time. As of October 2006 it's finally approaching a useable condition, although there's still some work to be done to complete it. It consists of a single cage-like confinement space with three solid walls made of concrete blocks, and an open, steel-barred front section with a lockable swing gate to one side. The floor consists of square concrete slabs between which numerous metal eyebolts will be concreted in place. |

| June 2006 progress. Cellblock walls are complete and partly-rendered. Floor-blocks have also been laid, and steel roof frame is under construction. |
